Over eight years at Humana, I've worked my way from datacenter inventory to systems engineering, network operations, and now leading reliability for one of the most critical technology portfolios in healthcare. The AROE team I help lead supports the systems that enable agents to enroll Americans in health plans — when those systems go down, people can't get coverage. That's the bar we operate to.
